This is a Threat Bulletin issued by the Cabinet Security Commission for the immediate attention of all Government Personnel with Law Enforcement Powers
You must read this bulletin and ensure you take note of the content and information provided. You are expected to follow the guidance in these bulletins and to take the necessary actions to ensure the safety and security of the public and the Government.
FISA Bulletin: Espionage and Foreign Intelligence
The Federal Information and Security Agency have recieved reports of hostile reconnaissance activities by agents and operatives of the United States. The Cabinet Security Commission has ordered the following steps to be taken by all Federal Law Enforcement:
Ministry of Admissions and Border Inspectors
- Border Inspectors and Customs Officers are to ask any applicant if their documentation is issued by the United States and if they’ve recently visited the United States – people who answer positively should be held until a Federal Police Officer can be called to question them, if no Officer is available then refuse them entry
Federal Law Enforcement Services
- Federal Police and Special Agents are to question any person wearing a United States related avatar or any militaristic/law enforcement apparrel from the United States, special attention should be paid to Military uniforms – Questioning is to take place about their support for the Government and the ongoing conflict with the United States and the Federation,
- Federal Police may arrest persons they suspect of being Enemy Agents under the Border Security and Foreign Agents Act, they may also remove them for Illegal Immigration
Third Section Bulletin: Protests and Anti-Government Activity
The Third Section of the Federal Chancellery have observed increases in anti-government activity and protesting.
- ANY Anti-Government Activity or Protesting should be reported to a Political Officer of the Third Section, these users have roles in the League Server or you can ask your HC to report them for you,
- Anti-Government Activists should be arrested as soon as practical
