Side of Road

Bicycles MUST be rode on the RIGHT hand side of the Roadways at Papers.

Disorderly Bicycle Riding

You MAY NOT:

• Ride your bike in the border, in any Government/Military Building, on pavements or sidewalks or in businesses where you have been asked to leave them outside,
• Ride your bike in an uncontrolled or disorderly way,

Disorderly Riding may be punished with fines of up to 6500 Rubles and up to 3 minutes imprisonment. Riding in the border or any other prohibited area may be punished with fines of up to 12,500 Rubles and up to 3 minutes imprisonment.

Stopping for Law Enforcement

You MUST stop your bicycle when requested by a Law Enforcement Officer. You MUST stop where they instruct you to do so and you must remain until they release you from questioning. Failing to do so will be punished with up to 3 Minutes Imprisonment.

Bicycle Theft

You MUST NOT take random bicycles from the street unless you have the permission of the owner. Bicycle Theft is punishable by up to 5 minutes imprisonment.
