This document replaces the FS | Arrest and Citation System Guidance and you should follow this page instead of that document!

This definition mostly includes people on the:

• FISA Team,
• Economic Affairs Team,

It also extends to anyone else with the Detain Tool and the power to make Arrests, Citations and Searches.
