Community Engagment is focused on bridging the gap between low ranks and those in command, by providing in depth questioning, analysis and polling.

The Ministry also works on bettering experience of new members by providing help and reaching out to those in need within the community, as well as hosting major events within entire IRF, as well as minor events in The League.
